Malcolm McSporran started work in early 2001 with an architectural firm in Vancouver, as project leader on two major developments in downtown Vancouver. The first project, which has not been announced publicly to date, is a 40-storey hotel/residential tower, expected to be completed in 2003. Further information will be available as it is made public by the owners. |

The project includes hotel meeting rooms, restaurant, ballrooms, roof-top recreation facilities and guestroom block. The upper portion of the building consists of several floors of residential units, topped by three spectacular penthouse apartments. |
