MARITIME HOTEL
This 140-room hotel was planned for a historic urban setting, where the neighbouring Victorian buildings suggested a similar treatment for this project.
The project is located in the Maritime Provinces of Canada, but, being still in the planning stages, its exact location and detailed statistics are not available for public disclosure at this time.
Our part in this project was floor areas programming, site planning, schematic design, and development costing.
